"The Cyclical Dependency Network" – What Is It?

Alright, let's talk about the trap you can't leave. "The Cyclical Dependency Network." This is a self-reinforcing chain of restrictions. It makes the individual permanently give up free will and stay in passive obedience to the system. This network works on cognitive and sociological levels. The person chooses to escape the burden of thinking and questioning. In exchange, the system gives them comfort and a sense of belonging. Submission isn't a one-time act here. It becomes a constantly repeated cycle.

This chain feeds on the individual's dependency on the "Source of Collective Obedience." The person avoids the cost of loneliness and uncertainty that would come from criticizing or leaving the system. This fear constantly pushes them back to the information and social approval loops the system offers. This guarantees they maintain the "Mental Minimum" that makes passive obedience easy.

Here's a modern example. The endless subscription ecosystem created by a single tech platform. Think about a company that owns a game console, cloud service, and social network all together.

Dependency: The user stays connected to the system in exchange for convenience, access, and social connection—that sense of belonging.

Passive Obedience: Switching to a competitor or leaving the system—using free will—comes with a high cost. Data loss. Losing friends. The effort of learning a new interface.

The Result: Instead of taking on this difficulty, the individual maintains constant, passive obedience to the current system. They give up "Will Without Chains" and lock themselves into a comfortable chain of restrictions.

So, here's the deeper truth. If leaving the system is this hard, you're already a prisoner. The system puts you in a network where you don't even want to leave. Because leaving hurts. It brings uncertainty. It isolates you. So you stay. You obey. You don't question.

Apple. Google. Meta. They're digital prisons. You use an iPhone. All your photos are on iCloud. Your music is on Apple Music. Your friends are on iMessage. You think about switching to Android. Then you back out. Because there's a risk of losing everything. You'd have to change your habits. You'd lose that green message bubble privilege with your friends.

Result? You stay. Apple raises prices. Changes privacy policies. Does whatever they want. You stay quiet because the exit door is too expensive. This is digital slavery.

Social media is a trap. You can't leave Instagram because your whole social life is there. You can't give up WhatsApp because everyone is there. You can't cancel your Netflix subscription because your show will be left unfinished. The system wraps around you so completely that your freedom is theoretical. In practice, it doesn't exist.

The truth is, these platforms see you as a product. They sell your data. Commodify your attention. Shape your behavior. And you keep submitting, saying, "I'm comfortable, why change?"

So, here's my question to you. Comfort is a prison. The exit isn't hard because it's actually difficult. It's hard because they made you comfortable. Look for alternatives. Diversify. Don't become dependent on a single system. Otherwise, you're leaving your life at the mercy of a corporation.
